Frequently asked questions
What does The Spark Labs do?
We help established business owners, coaches, consultants, and service providers, build brands that finally reflect the quality of their work. We do this through a structured three-Lab journey: brand clarity, creative expression, and marketing support. We start with a conversation rather than a brief, and we make sure you understand every decision along the way. What you leave with is genuinely yours.
What’s the difference between Brand Lab, Creative Lab, and Marketing Lab?
They’re three stages of the same journey. Brand Lab establishes clarity, who you are and how you should show up. Creative Lab translates that clarity into a visual identity and design assets. Marketing Lab builds the ongoing strategy and rhythm that keeps your brand visible and growing. Each stage builds on the last, and they work best in sequence.
Who is The Spark Labs for?
Business owners who know their work is better than their brand suggests. People who want to show up in a way that reflects what they’re actually capable of, and who want to understand the process, not just receive the output.
Do I need all three Labs?
Not necessarily. Some clients come with clarity already established and need creative work. Others have a strong visual identity but need marketing support. We’ll always start with a conversation to understand where you are and recommend the right starting point.
Do I need branding before marketing?
Yes, a clear brand strategy ensures your marketing feels aligned, intentional, and effective rather than guessing or reactive.
Where are you based?
The Spark Labs works with clients across the UK, both locally and remotely, as well as global. Most of our work happens virtually, with the option for in-person sessions where geography allows.
